thoroughly cleanses the skin by gently
removing excess oil, dirt, makeup, and other

and scabs appear. In its worst days, it
can be painful and itchy. I happened across
a French book on aromatherapy that mentioned
helichrysum oil for rosacea. I made up
a blend of one drop each of helichrysum,
frankincense, balsam fir (Idaho), and
sandalwood. I put all or some of these
four oils on my face most nights. Although
there is still some pinkness on my face,
the oils have helped tremendously to reduce

Where I used to look like a beetroot,
