Tips
“My
husband walked with the Boy Scouts on
a sixty-mile trek up a mountain carrying
a fifty-pound pack on his back. When he
returned, his big toe and second toe on
one foot were blue and throbbing. He said
he would need to go to the doctor in the
morning because he could not bear to wear
a shoe over his toes. I looked up bruising
in my Essential Oils Desk Reference
and decided to try some hyssop
oil. Although my husband thought
this was not going to be useful, he allowed
me to put the oil on his toes in the evening
and again at bedtime. He was amazed in
the morning that the toes were pink, and
they no longer hurt. He never had to go
to the doctor.” - Sue
